It's my first time preparing this non-baked lasagna. It takes less than 15 minutes to prepare the ingredients and may take around 30 minutes to cook it since we need to ensure the pasta is soften.
500 g minced beef / chicken
2 cups diced onions
2-3 garlic cloves, minced
250 g instant lasagna (1 box), broken into 1/4 of piece
1 small can tomato puree
3 diced tomatoes
1 can button mushroom
2 cups hot water
salt and pepper to taste
Italian herbs /mixed herbs
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1) In a large skillet, cook the chicken / beef and onion over medium- high heat stirring occasionally until browned. Stir in minced garlic until fragrant.
2) Evenly add in the diced tomato, tomato puree, mushroom, lasagna, hot water over the skillet. Add in salt and pepper to taste. Stir gently to combine.
3) Cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes over medium-low heat. Add in spinach. Stir evenly as the lasagna soften.
Remove from heat and top with mozzarella and broil for 3 minutes until golden.
