Tosei rawa

Another delicious dish that can be eaten with chutney, dhal, or curry.

Ingredients A
1 onion
Black mustard seeds
Curry leaves
1-2 sliced dried chillies
Fennel seed

Ingredients B
1 1/2 cup tepung beras
1 cup tepung suji
1/2 cup tepung gandum
Water

Ingredients C
Sliced carrots
Salt to taste
A pinch of baking powder

Saute A. Blend B with sufficient water and make sure they don't get thick.
Mix with C. Ready to cook on the non stick pan.
